None of us enjoy the inconvenience of being without our IT equipment or not having it function according to our needs. To this end, our highly efficient and qualified field technicians can visit you on site at short notice to rectify any problems you may encounter.

We can generally diagnose/repair hardware on the day. If a problem cannot be resolved immediately, we will give you a definite date when the problem will be resolved. Our knowledgeable team is made up of qualified technicians and technology-responsive, experienced engineers.

There are times when equipment cannot be repaired on site. In this situation, we can arrange to have it shipped to our service centre and repaired promptly, or to liaise with manufacturers for replacement parts / repair.

We cater for warranty repairs, post warranty repairs and third party equipment repairs with your budget in mind. Loan equipment is also available to existing clients at no extra cost.
